About Us
Hi, I am Arlynn, and my husband Israel and I would like to welcome you to Colonial Chic! I am in finance, and he is an architect.
Our passion is real estate, creating beautiful spaces, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. We have two active boys who keep us busy.
We love architecture and design. We sometimes have differing views on design, but we have an excellent way of blending our unique styles to create something magical!

We have been remodeling and renting real estate for over a decade. In 2021, we pursued one of our dreams by venturing into short-term rentals. We searched for the perfect place in an excellent location for months until we found Colonial Chic.

The location is a suburb, nestled in Virginia wine country, close to historic Harpers Ferry in Shenandoah. There is plenty to do for all, adventurist, wine enthusiasts, outdoor hikers, rafting lovers, and snow tubers; you name it, we have it all minutes from Colonial Chic!
We spent months remodeling and decorating until we opened the doors in March 2022, and it has been a great ride since. We love hosting, and it brings us great joy when our guests enjoy Colonial Chic!

At the beginning of 2023, we decided to venture into providing our grounds for intimate outdoor celebrations, and we can't wait to share it with you!
